Introducing the limited time menu
◆ "Goncharov" opened by a Russian confectioner in the Ijinkan district
This confectionery company was founded in 1923 when Russian confectioner Makarov Goncharov, who had left his homeland in the midst of revolution, set up a chocolate workshop in the flourishing foreign-style houses of Kitano-cho in Kobe. It is said that he created "fancy chocolate," which was rare in Japan at the time, and "whiskey bonbons," which were said to be the first of their kind in Japan.
"Kobe View Spot (Chocolate)"
These chocolates feature colorful illustrations of Kobe's tourist attractions.
Lakshmi Premium Honey Black Tea
This is an original brand of "Lakshimi", a black tea specialty store located on Tor Road in Kobe. This black tea is carefully blended with high-quality honey powder from Spain and carefully selected black tea leaves, allowing you to taste not only the sweetness of the honey but also the natural flavor of the tea leaves. Please enjoy the mellow and gentle harmony of honey and black tea.
Fruit syrup "1883 Maison Routan" (cassis, lime, white peach)
This fruit syrup was created in eastern France in 1883. It has a beautiful, mellow fragrance and a clear, not-too-sweet taste, thanks to the natural water from sugarcane and the French Alps. It contains no preservatives or flavorings, so anyone can enjoy it with peace of mind.
