- ・We do not accommodate groups or group travel of more than two rooms per reservation.
- ・Customers paying by cash cannot use Smart Check-in.
- ・Guests who have reserved an executive room should use the personal check-in counter.
- ・Customers who are using discount systems or plans such as Go To Travel will be guided to check-in at the front counter.
- ・Customers who have arranged room service (including cake delivery) cannot use Smart Check-in.

When using this service, please agree in advance that your personal information will be provided to the system company contracted by the hotel as well as to our company. If you do not agree, we ask that you use the face-to-face check-in method.
