In addition to a variety of tempting breakfast options, such as an adapted version of the "Croiffle Benedict," "freshly squeezed orange juice," and a juicy "thick hamburger" prepared by the chef right in front of you, you can also enjoy a "Kobe breakfast" with a hint of Western culture.

Two types of "Croffles Benedict"

An arrangement of the "Croffle Benedict" with its crispy texture and fragrant butter. We offer either the "Truffle Benedict" with crispy bacon or the "Smoked Salmon Benedict" accented with red shiso sauce.

Bokkake Fried Noodles

This dish uses "bokkake," a local specialty of Nagata Ward, Kobe City. "Bokkake" is beef tendon and konjac stewed in a sweet and spicy sauce. The chewy noodles and rich, flavorful sauce fill your mouth.
